Mid Way Through The Year Catch Up

As of todays date, 25th June we are one day past Midsummers Day, the middle of the year and also my 30th Birthday!

As we're no heading into the 2nd half of the year, I thought I'd go let you all know some of my favourites from the last 6 months, whether thats from books, TV, movies and all the things in between!

The book I'm most looking forward to is Bright Raven Skies by Kristina Perez.

Family for Beginners by Sarah Morgan

7. Favourite New Author?
Kerri Maniscalso, I loved the writing of the Stalking Jack the Ripper series and look forward to reading more by her.
Also Katherine and Elizabeth Corr, I loved A Throne of Swans, and look forward to the sequel and also reading some of their other books.
8. Newest Favourite Character?
Thomas Cresswell from the Stalking Jack the Ripper series.

9. Newest Fictional Crush?
Hunt from Crescent City 

10. Book That Made You Cry?
The 2 books had me balling my eyes out were  Crescent City and The Switch by Beth O'Leary.

11. Book That Made you Happy?
Warrior of the Wild by Tricia Levenseller.
12. Most Beautiful Book You've Bought or Recieved?
My copy of the seasons edition of Pride and Prejudice.

FOOD AND DRINK
1. Favourite Food?
Tuna mayo quesadilla with mozzarella is 😍🤤

2. Go To Food?
Bacon Sandwich

3. Favourite Drink?
Anything iced up to the eyeballs! Squash, pop etc!

4. Go To Drink?
Pepsi

5. Most Disappointing Food?
My one and only Chinese takeaway through lockdown, the noodles were amazing but the spring rolls were god awful not crispy pastry but doughy as if it were a fritter.

6. Favourite Go To Takeaway?
Garlic cheese naan bread with chips and cheese.

7. Favourite Snack During Lockdown?
Homemade cookies.

8. Favourite Independent Shop?
